It was found that the ultra - fine powder can flow smoothly in a spouted bed with a draft tube under some sorts of design parameter and operating condition , thus a new effective method to improve fluidization quality of the ultra - fine powders is obtained ; at higher supplied gas velocity , an increase in the solid circulation rate is observed ; the extent of the distance between the nozzle and the draft tube inlet result in the promotion of the solid circulation rate ; the solid circulation rate increase with increasing the draft tube diameter or the bed mass ; the gas bypassing is nearly zero in the present work ; and the solid flow in the annulus is observed as a moving bed 結果表明:在一定的床層結構和操作條件下,超細粉可以在導向管噴動床中實現平穩流化,從而為改善超細粉的流化質量提供了一種有效的新方法;固體循環速率與噴動氣流量、導向管直徑、導向管底部與噴嘴出口間距以及床層裝填量成正比;氣體則基本上不存在“旁路”現象;環隙區中的顆粒流動表現為一移動床特征。 |
